      -Good campus and amenities -Nice people and friendly culture -The company is generally moving in a positive direction, despite growing pains

      Cons

      -Lack of communication on key personal/HR issues -Poor work/life balance - management sees working ridiculous hours as a sign of dedication -Overextended employees at all levels -Inconsistent reviews - too much emphasis placed on being a certain kind of bubbly, happy go lucky person vs. actual job skills in my experience

      Great Maintenance department with a great team of Managers and Senior technicians to learn from each day.

      its a good starter job for someone in high school

      Cons

      schedule would change at the drop of a hat without being asked about availability. supervisors never answered their phones if you needed to contact them
