Pros
The supervisors are nice. They say there's opportunity for advancement. The new pricing strategy takes out a lot of the hassle with customer interactions, as a sales associate you can basically call all the shots within reason.
Cons
Hours get cut a lot out of nowhere. You have to stay 1-3 hours longer when you close because of messy customers.
