No pay raises - Sales Support/Replenishment JCPenney Employee Review

Very low pay. Been with JCP 4 years and only make .25 over minimum wage. Limited time to process truck. Constantly running 100 mph to stay caught up. Managers are rude bullies. NO job security! NO health benefits unless full-time. NO incentives. NO bonuses, NO raises. Want associates to partake in salon specials with low pay. Feel like your spinning your wheels and getting nowhere. NO work/life balance (what"s that)? a supervisor said. Great deal of favoritism.
