Hate it! No money!! - Salon Designer JCPenney Employee Review

7.25 an hour for salon workers. Salon Receptionist makes at least 8.00 an hour. I currently hold a master cosmetology license. Have been a Stylist for 14 years. Never made such terrible pay. My 2wk check is no more than 200 dollars. I can't pay my bills with this check. Salon manager stresses over you making productivity, if you don't you get a written corrective warning, you told to make at least 11dollars an hour on your productivity, when you make it, you still get a pay of 7.25 an hour. So stupid!!
