Hard working and dedicated team of store associates.

Cons

Corrupt. Lack integrity. Example: CEO and Home Office Senior Executive leadership took multi-million dollar “Retention Bonuses” during COVID despite their failure to save the company from bankruptcy. Example: Closing Store ‘long-term’ Store Managers and salaried in-store Management were not told that their accumulated severance benefits (2 weeks for each year of service) was cut to a mere 2 weeks total until the very last 14 days of business despite Company awareness of at least 60 days! Over 150 stores shuttered and the hard work and commitment of long-term loyal employees lost to greedy leadership. Disgusting! Example: employees encouraged to work beyond scheduled hours off the clock to complete tasks and prepare for visits. As well as give up PTO time year after year. Example: Unequal pay for women performing the same job as men despite same level of experience and literally in the same locations.
