Good base pay for assistant buying in retail industry. Home office is in a great location. Okay benefits, 401k match and health insurance.
Cons
Need to recognize employees more. Some managers are not qualified. Teams can be ver political especially cross functional teams. Need to revamp benefits in terms of time off.
