Pros
Since separating from active duty military and transitioning to a government contractor, I have worked for four different companies. JCTM was the best out of all of them! They are extremely employee friendly and treat each one like a family member. They promote health and wellbeing, are active in the community, very diversity friendly, and have an all around great culture. The company is growing at a healthy strategic rate that enables advancement for current and future employees. It was an absolute honor to work for them.
Cons
The reason I left JCTM was because my career path led me in a different direction. At the time, there was not any available opportunities to move into project management, which I had been seeking. This does not mean the company has limited opportunity for everyone, it just did not line up with my personal career goals. One day I hope that JCTM's and my career path will line up again.
