Pros
I've been doing government consulting for 15 years. In my duties, my contracting company has changed many times. Always the same job, but a rotating contract holder. JCTM is the first company I've worked for that didn't see me as a faceless paycheck but as a real and valued person. It's quite a positive and welcome surprise. The caliber of people I work with on the JCTM side of the work is invariably high. JCTM don't seem to want to recruit those with some skills for a specific job slot, but top talent with deep experience and a strong dedication to mission accomplishment and Service. Consider it a compliment if you are actually being considered for a JCTM position.
Cons
Still a growing company, which is both pro and con. Pay is good. Benefits are currently average, but improving steadily.
