      Pros

      When this company says it is a family, it means it! They put people before profit, they believe in the employees that they hire. The do not just hire anyone off of the street, they always find the right person for the job, one that hold to the company values of empowering people, doing what is right, respecting others, and preforming with excellence. This is a great company to work!

      Cons

      Small company that is still growing and as it gets bigger the PTO benefits will increase.

      The benefits are that of a small company's capabilities, but they have added so much more to the benefits since I was hired that it's honestly a non issue at this point.

      Pros

      The company is small, which ends up being a great thing because they treat every JCTMer like family. The company will pay for certificates or training if it will benefit both you personally, and the company as well. CEO is kind enough to give hand-written birthday cards to employee when it is their birthday. They will make you feel welcome from day one of being with the company.

      Cons

      Little PTO. 12 Days for the whole year.
