admin seemed very knowledgeable the school was well funded

many teachers didn't take their jobs seriously admin was overly hands-off at times

The management team is supportive, communicative, and genuinely cares about employee well-being. Feedback is handled professionally, and it’s clear that management values both performance and people. Overall, it’s a positive place to work.

Pay is not as high as some other schools because it is a non-profit organization.
