Pros

Free food and got along with a few coworkers.

Cons

Terrible and toxic environment. Lots of gossip about former and current employees. Managers in particular will act very nice and then disregard you like nothing. They never wanted to increase my pay raise either despite the fact that for the longest time I was doing the work of more than one person. Thankfully I'm at a much better job with far better coworkers and managers.

Pros

JConnelly has been great to work with. The team is responsive, organized, and consistently delivers high quality work. They communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and are proactive about solving problems before they grow. Overall, they’ve been a reliable partner and a real positive presence on every project.

Cons

The only ‘con’ is that they’re so fast-moving that on longer projects, adding a couple more early checkpoints could make the process even smoother.

Pros

Opportunity to work across a variety of small accounts and gain experience managing multiple responsibilities.

Cons

Poor onboarding, lack of management direction, unclear performance metrics, and increasing workloads without adequate support. Employees are expected to navigate constantly shifting expectations with little transparency. I was terminated without warning or meaningful explanation, and the offboarding process was one of the most unprofessional experiences of my career.
