      Pros

      Low to mid level managers do make an effort to bring comradarie, drive customer vision and thought leadership to drive innovative products. Product management is willing to listen to implementation consultants

      Cons

      Very bottomline driven and runs the organization on a quarter by quarter basis - which means RIFs are prevalent. Sr. Professional Services leadership lacks vision and really considers consultants as sweat shop. Promotions are not merit based at all. If you're on the bench - come quarter end - there is a very strong chance you'll be a redundant workforce.
