Pros

• Top of the line technology + IT support • Beautiful downtown office with views • Flexible work schedule • Fully stocked snacks + drinks • Team events • Continuing education stipend • Handling of the pandemic • Handling of family emergencies

Cons

**This could be positive, if your ideals align.** The company serves multiple evangelical Christian clients. Some of these clients have direct ties to conservative political leaders. It’s likely your work will directly touch these clients. If your beliefs do not align with the causes related to these clients, you may not be passionate about your role. • Top heavy structure with little awareness of what different parts of the company do on a day to day basis (this expands to the parent company, Prolific) • Disconnect between sales/scope of projects and the skills of the team executing the projects • “Make it happen” attitude • Decision makers rarely say “no” to clients or push back on arbitrary deadlines • Creatives execute projects they are not experienced/confident in • Doesn’t respect/understand the time of the individuals executing the project – working nights (sometimes all night) or weekends to finish a project is the norm for creatives • Little strategy behind creativity • Due to the previous bullets, I did not feel valued and my department felt like an afterthought • No maternity/paternity leave • Does not pay out PTO • Does not provide a path for professional or financial growth

Pros

Kind, hard-working people with good leaders.

Cons

The pay is less than you might find elsewhere for a person's skills and salary ranges vary greatly between whichever team you are on (creative, accounts, digital, etc), and you will be expected to work 45 hours per week on average (sometimes much more)
