      It was a great company and work environment, with great people and tons of work to learn from.

      Cons

      When it came to salary and how much I was getting paid I felt like I was being taken advantage of based on the amount of work I did.

      Kind, hard-working people with good leaders.

      Cons

      The pay is less than you might find elsewhere for a person's skills and salary ranges vary greatly between whichever team you are on (creative, accounts, digital, etc), and you will be expected to work 45 hours per week on average (sometimes much more)
