Pros
The only pro I can possible think of is it builds your confidence in talking to people and builds your resilience because your dealing with constant 'nos'. - there is one good day, the day you quit.
Cons
This company is a scam, it completely falsifies the real meaning of it. It is in fact a Door to Door, ALL commission business. -NO proper training, all training is done by team leaders that could have only been in the business 2 weeks -Door to door, in all kinds of weather they even make you do it in the snow, rain, wind and even if your sick they frown upon you taking days off -They brain wash you thinking you are going to make loads of money and progress but yet their turnover of staff would be the highest in any company. They don't pay for anything -Sales all over Northern Ireland and you have to pay everything NO travel costs -They make you think this business is the only way to make money and even degrade all other jobs to it. "Why be a doctor? That takes years of training instead you can make that much money in 6months", completely degrading other people's careers and lives - They dis the people that buy of them and sign up to these things - All the owners usually sell charities so an owner of these companies sit and do nothing all day, but happy to brain wash and make their employees do door to door sales, signing up people in all kinds of weather so they make money. From signing up to charities you make owners thousands a year!! -They don't give back to their employees -They don't pay tax -Door to door owners don't know the meaning of running a real business - you also work 12/13 hours a day, 6 days a week, 100% commission, you don't sell you don't get paid no matter what position you're in the company.
