Pros
They have a variety of work in both copper and fiber as well as inside plant and outside plant. As well as a good core group of guys.
Cons
Working outside in all weather conditions, 100 degree summers and sub zero winters. Not a fan of the 24/7 on call rotations for fiber cuts and night MOPs.
