Despite the company's deeply rooted traditional Australian culture, there is room for significant improvement in promoting diversity and fostering a more innovative mindset, especially given the strong technological presence of the organization. Updating leadership to embrace less conservative and more innovative approaches could be beneficial in driving the company forward and leveraging its technological potential to the fullest.

Owner is egocentric, loves attention and often screams at employees during meetings. Office environment is highly chaotic, with disrespect shown from “senior” team towards other employees. Company doesn’t run ethically especially when it comes to employees visas. Overtime worked with no compensation, little to no respect for employees skills and experience and owner/CEO often makes inappropriate remarks towards female staff members and clients. Highly unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone who wants to work a professional job. Pay is below par, never arrived on time and overall culture was a huge shambles!!
