      -No work life balance -Intensive training process with very little compensation -Higher ups only interact with you if you're making money -Strange frat-like work environment

      Pros

      Frist professional job. Learned a lot about the grind and what it takes to be successful in sales. Office is pretty cool and the met a ton of nice people.

      Cons

      Sales just ended up not being for me. I dont really have any negatives to put here. I got a lot of experience with selling, which was pretty new to me.

      Potential to make great money with no previous experience good culture sales managers give you everything you need to succeed

      dont work here if you hate cold calling, cant manage stress or time no work life balance for the most part
