      Pros

      Decent Pay if you can make friends with the managers to transfer you business.

      Cons

      Manager you get decides your fate. Potential for this company to use you to boost their profits. I saw plenty of people get fired only for accounts to be given to brokers who have been there for a while. They provide these accounts at a lower commission rate which in turn provides the company with higher profit margins. High potential to be taken advantage of.

      Pros

      Frist professional job. Learned a lot about the grind and what it takes to be successful in sales. Office is pretty cool and the met a ton of nice people.

      Cons

      Sales just ended up not being for me. I dont really have any negatives to put here. I got a lot of experience with selling, which was pretty new to me.

      Potential to make great money with no previous experience good culture sales managers give you everything you need to succeed

      Cons

      dont work here if you hate cold calling, cant manage stress or time no work life balance for the most part
