Absolutely none obviously the company is still growing they make mistakes but they are great

The interior decor is pretty and you get to enjoy matcha and the house made snacks in the store. The customers are friendly you will find that you quickly build a bond with the regulars. It is a relatively relaxed environment to work in depending who you’re on shift with, emphasis on who you’re on shift with.

The manager at the specific branch I was at was very invasive and lewd and explaining inappropriate work and graphic conversations to me about their anatomy at great detail. There was also no consideration for neurodiversity or inclusion there, this is what they stressed in their main ethics so I was quite disappointed that they were not understanding. There is also a lot of cliques within this company people get positions based on family affiliation and friendships. The manager that did this stuff did not get sanctioned at all for many ableist and micro aggressive and harassing comments said to me but they forced me to try reconcile without understanding or taking my concerns seriously. Doing spur of the moment meetings with less than 24 it was very overwhelming and stressful. Also to add this company basically thrives off social media buzz and attention, so expect your face to be on many TikTok’s and plastered on vlogs.
