      Great work environment. Truly flexible working arrangements and casual dress. Family oriented with paid maternity / paternity leave. There is a lot of autonomy and freedom to determine how to get your work done.

      Cons

      Because of the autonomy and self directed culture poor performers can fly under the radar and not be dealt with quickly.
