I worked for JF Edwards Construction Company and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The management team seems more focused on their own interests than on supporting their staff. There is a noticeable clique among the leadership, which leads to favoritism in hiring and promotions; if you’re not part of their inner circle, expect to be treated poorly.
The benefits package is lackluster and inconsistent, depending heavily on who you are within the company. There is no maternity leave and they do not value a family oriented environment.
Moreover, the management often makes up rules as they go along, creating a stressful and unpredictable work environment. I would not recommend JF Edwards Construction Company to anyone looking for a supportive and fair workplace.
