Easily taking holidays, available flex working style and enable to work from home. Very kind to women, especially who have small child.
Cons
Most people have old-fashioned mentality. ex.) Managers tend to be think that women who have small children have to mainly dealing with their child care and house keeping. Therefore most women who are good at their job tend to lost their opportunity to get high responsibility jobs, I think.
