The people are so friendly, you truly learn so much and the work is so fascinating. I came from big4 public accounting and I have never loved my job more. It’s a no brainer!

No cons at all, amazing people, job, remote and hybrid flexibility is great too!

For the area, pay is okay. PTO and annual performance based raises.

While there are some benefits, the place is cliquey. You don’t even have to do anything wrong if you haven’t been here for years and are just on the in crowd, people won’t like you, talk behind your back incessantly and call you names. The employees are secretly miserable but like mentioned in the pros the pay for the area is OKAY and hybrid environment gives you the opportunity to WFH on occasion, but it’s actually just miserable to be here because the people are miserable and catty. There’s zero diversity here everyone is white. The men are mysoginistic and the women all don’t like each other the culture and environment is just so stupid.
