Pros

JFrog offers a unique opportunity to enjoy work, learn new skills, be part of a welcoming team, meet industry leaders and truly experience what it's like to be part of a startup that is on the path of making the world a better place (or as we say at the Swamp "Updating the Universe"). We work hard at JFrog, but always with a smile. We strive to WIN, but we never neglect our other values, such as – we CARE and we focus on Customer Happiness. We often work long hours – but as a team, we assure each of us has the time we need for our team at home – our family. I have the had the honor of working at some other great companies – never have I felt so "at home" as I do at JFrog.

Cons

At JFrog you are asked to open your mind. Create. Think. Innovate. – if you are looking for something simple to pass the time away, this is not the right fit for you.

Pros

Great People - You can rely on your coworkers Great Culture - Everyone has a go getter attitude, very willing to help. Fun and frequent work events Great Compensation - Market rates + RSUs Lots of room to grow - Company is growing, offers and supports moving up and even transitions roles Work life balance - Work life balance is good Training - lots of time to ramp up. Very surprised and impressed by how much time they give you to get ready to work on your own. Challenging - This might be a negative for some people, but the work is challenging, a lot is expected of you.

Cons

Not too many cons from my perspective. Probably the best corporate job I've ever had. Training - While I mentioned this as a pro. I felt the training was long and difficult to retain. Most of the learning comes from doing your job Challenging work, but if you can hang with it. It is very rewarding
