      Pros

      Good place to work as independent portfolios with opinions taken into account

      Cons

      No growth opportunities, no training opportunities, no transparency especially in terms of Human Resource promotion and no incentives, awards or rewards and profile doesn’t change with change of designation. Also, no formal appraisals to decide annual increments.

      - Technically solid organization - good hearted and hard working people - Work for a good cause - Very nice benefit package - Good experience of Japanese culture

      Cons

      - Excessive paper work - sometimes too detailed - Japanese working culture ad ethics are dominant, could be a challenge accommodating but overall it becomes a great experience
