      They pay well if you’re in the purple circle

      Cons

      Toxic culture Management holding people back not letting people up skill and get formal training so workers can’t go up pay levels or get into management/ supervision roles. Safety issues being swept under the rug depending who’s involved.

      you choose your own hours

      Cons

      part time is 34 hours per week, but they expect you to be on call when they need you for straight pay (no time and a half) and the use to pay holidays to anyone who worked over 20 hours and that stopped without notice
