Wonderful Experience - Clerk JK Findings Employee Review

I have been with the company for many years and am impressed by the level of support management provides to the staff. We have good benefits, including health/dental/vision/401k, etc. The company plans team-building activities a few times a year, which is a great opportunity to mingle with coworkers in a relaxed atmosphere.

1. Stable company with established processes and benefits. 2. Opportunity to gain experience at an entry level. 3. Employees generally worked hard and were committed to serving the organization's mission.

1. Management style often felt overly controlling and lacked trust in employees. 2. Micromanagement made it difficult to take ownership of responsibilities and develop professionally. 3. Many processes were highly manual and relied on outdated systems, creating inefficiencies and unnecessary administrative work. 4. Communication and decision-making were often top-down, leaving little room for employee input or innovation. 5. Limited autonomy made it difficult to feel empowered in the role.
