Vibrant atmosphere - Friends and relationships are made here - This is where I met my Wife!!
Cons
Production line working is monotonous. 3 Shift working has a massive effect on social/family life. Everyone has a car now so parking is sometimes an issue. Phone/WiFi/3G/4G reception very poor within the plants - Boosters needed(For work and personal use) No childcare support - If a couple work here it is almost impossible to manage childcare and come to work.
