Leadership speaks about EVERYONE negatively and it’s very rarely based on performance. If you sit in on a meeting with execs or hr, they bad mouth people for clothing they wear, obligations at home, health conditions, weight, etc, if you’ve heard it, those people have definitely spoken about you as well. They will say anything about someone who was termed or quit to paint themselves in a better light. Once one person in a higher level position feels a type of way about you, that’s your ticket out the door. You’ll never get promoted and you’ll get bottom dollar raises. They have people in M.Design who have been there for YEARS that they think are too lazy and not interested in learning ‘new tricks’. Therefore those people will never receive senior title even though they basically built the department. They put certain people in positions strictly for visibility. When there’s a pretty serious harassment claim that can be validated by multiple parties and the person isn’t termed and the female is victimized. The male is told that they have to be suspended due to temporary protection order and not terming the person. Let’s also hit diversity in the work place…. Where is it? This is a company I would never allow my daughters to work for.
