Pros
Support staff are fantastic, if a little down trodden. Huge financial backing and known name. Country wide office network and wonderful things such as "print rooms".
Cons
After acquiring the company I had been working successfully for, for over 15 years, I only lasted 2 1/2 years at JLT. The senior management have no idea what the actual consultants face on a day to day basis, pick targets out of thin air, that they then double at a drop of a hat, and if you mention a conversation you've had with a lead, suddenly it's accrued business.
