Pros
Pension is good and the team managers clearly care about the staff and contact centre. The people that work in the contact centre are all easy to get on with and motivate each other.
Cons
So many staff members are on development opportunities and secondments working for months to years in these 'developments' without being paid for the role they are now fulfilling
