Pros

For the life of me, there isn't any. A few drinks and company socials do not help your mental health here. The only pro is if you're an actual family member of the CEO; they're allowed to get away with so much for doing very little.

Cons

Male-dominated, lad-culture - employee turnover is ridiculous considering how much they preach about mental health and job security, you don't quit.... they get rid of you, fast. When you don't expect it..... No warnings, no indication of a problem, no communication... no chance to rectify.... no chance to scout another role. If Jason doesn't like you one day - on the same morning, you're out. Very slimy and undercutting, no transparency here at all.

Pros

Great progression opportunities, management is invested in providing opportunities for juniors and upskilling them into senior roles. The team is genuinely motivated so it creates a real buzz. Everyone works in collaboration, there's no 'every man for himself' culture, which is typical of many recruitment agencies. Really high quality work in all aspects, there is always something to get your teeth into. Really good central location and building facilities, building events and free gym. Competitive pension scheme for seniors team-members.

Cons

Local parking could be difficult, as is to be expected in a central location, but I'm a public transport commuter so this hasn't affected me directly.

- The best systems. - A wide-reaching brand. - Supportive team and culture. - Fair and lucrative commission. - Investment into future-tech from leadership.

Cons

The parking nearby can be expensive, but this is the same for the rest of Bristol.
