On time salary is only the good thing.
Cons
Work culture is very poor. Unfair preference is given and company does not value its employees. If you know someone in upper management, it will be easier for you. Appraisal cycle is delayed by 6 months. All the systems and processes can be bypassed. Even if you work hard no recognition is given. Job security is very low.
