Pros
Alot of good guys working for company. Really gives you the family close nit kind of feeling. I stayed working for this company much longer than I would have for that reason alone.
Cons
Upper management gets all the perks the employees that actually do the work get 100$ gift card for Christmas. When you are up and coming it causes alot of issues with the guys that have already been with company for years. People start blaming one another instead of owning to their own mistakes. Jealousy causes some of the leadership to make poor mistakes instead of increasing their own knowledge they hate one your skill and tell lies about you. I didn't get paid for the time I had to take off for my wife needing to get tested for covid.
