      The team and higher ups take your success personally and help any way they can. Company is really close with one another. Owner is fantastic to learn from and a pleasure to get to work with.

      Cons

      During the busy season (summer) your schedule is unpredictable and busy. When projects get busy and unpredictable you may be asked to do something you don't know and it will be expected for you to figure out.
