Pros

Everyday is a new adventure

Cons

JMark Services Inc. has become a nightmare of a workplace, especially since COVID. Management has not only deteriorated but also crossed serious ethical lines, with inappropriate gestures and exploitation targeting women, men, and even employees with disabilities. Pay remains uncompetitive, which just underscores how little the company values its people. The worst part is how the board actively suppresses any HR complaints about sexual misconduct, allowing toxic behavior to go unchecked. There are also alarming reports of corporate espionage happening across multiple locations, which only adds to the sense of distrust and instability within the company. I would strongly advise others to avoid JMark Services Inc. if they want a safe and respectful work environment.

Pros

The company is still small enough to have a personal touch/feel and Corporate staff have an open door policy. Everyone at corporate is easy to get along with and seem to have a great working relationship. Things run smoothly and I dont feel like "just an employee", and I feel like I am heard and a part of something bigger. President and CEO treat people with respect, and fairness.

Cons

I cant think of any cons, except that I wish I worked closer in geographical location to my other team members.

Pros

We did get paid on time.

Cons

JMark Services Inc. is one of the most unprofessional workplaces I’ve ever experienced. Management is not only poorly organized but also exhibits disturbing, inappropriate behavior, particularly towards female employees. There’s constant favoritism and blatant disregard for ethical boundaries, with inappropriate gestures and comments that make the office an uncomfortable environment. Pay is also extremely low compared to industry standards, showing how little they value their staff. Even worse, the board actively suppresses HR complaints related to sexual misconduct, allowing toxic behaviors to continue unchecked. There’s also a concerning culture of corporate espionage across various locations, which is completely unethical and makes the entire company feel unstable and untrustworthy. Avoid this company if you’re looking for a professional and respectful workplace.
