Pros
It’s great, if you are already good friends with your boss outside of work, and you live in Silkeborg. Work from home policy is nice.
Cons
Salery is 20% lower than rest of business/sector. Raises are not a thing, ever. Everything is sold as premium to customers, but delivered on shoestring budget - if delivered at all! Customers are trying to go elsewhere, but mostly can’t. If they could, the company would seize to exist tomorrow. Warsaw and Roskilde locations are treated as second classe employees, even though it’s obvious to EVERYONE that Silkeborg is treated as a club of friends, with no skills needed. Management is mostly completely inept, and upper management is entirely in denial - but has no problem taking credit. Good colleagues is the only thing keeping a lot of people still. When employees repeatedly literally save the entire company from absolute disaster, everything is hushed away. The last thing in the world management wants to do is to acknowledge their employees. And if you speak out about anything? Prepare to be reprimanded by HR, or fired in a surprise round of budgetary layoffs (purges).
