Absolutely abysmal compared to even nine months ago. During the interim time between current and previous CEO, senior executives brought in a wave of new leadership. These people were placed in made up new roles. Many of these new people are from Sears/K-Mart (ie the most struggling retail in America). Now that they are done running Sears into the arms of bankruptcy, they are looking to devastate JoAnn. One key executive is single handily killing a company of over 20000 employees due to incompetency. Even the holding company is questioning the new CEO about the lack of competence that is driving out top talent in droves. We are hemorrhaging people!!!
