You are able to work from home, mileage reimbursement, work phone and laptop provided.
Cons
Management is very condescending and micromanaging. Poor training, no benefits, minimum wage hourly, need to wait a month+ for commissions, no room for growth, just handful of holidays off and PTO, no overtime, expected to travel a lot and very far, poor communication, favoritism, staff turnover, and heavy workloads.
