Pros

I have worked for JOEY Restaurant Group for over 3 years now and have progressed from Operations Partner previously, and now into their Head Office . I have said it before, and I will continue to say it: JOEY is a people first environment, and that’s what makes them successful and in my case, returning to the company! JOEY has ambitious growth plans and it is an exciting time to be part of a iconic brand. Guest Services / Partner: • Fast-paced, dynamic environment with regular guests who become friends • If you’re willing to work for it, it can be quite lucrative • Growth and self-development is pivotal from entry level roles, right through to management Head Office: • Friendly, intelligent and innovate employees who are all striving towards bettering one another and the business • Office culture is top notch with several opportunities to participate in events outside of work (volunteering, team building etc.) • You create your own growth, if you have a desire/passion and there is the opening and/or need the management team will always want you to grow • Great opportunities for education options, leadership, coaching, training & self-development

Cons

Guest Services / Partner: • Sometimes hours / shifts can be unpredictable, but unfortunately that is part of the job! Head Office • With growth of any company comes inevitable change, I haven’t experienced anything negative like this at JOEY but I can imagine things will get very busy!
