Pros

Individual relationships are strong The office is inviting and the layout creates a sense of openness that encourages collaboration

Cons

Burnout is the norm here. You’re either pushing yourself past the limit or risk being seen as not working hard enough. There isn’t much mentorship, and you’re often expected to churn out ideas without real guidance. The open floor plan suggests collaboration, but the culture doesn’t really back that up. Leadership is overbearing at times, which makes the environment uncomfortable. Growth for women is especially tough, and the turnover rate reflects that. Overall, management is disorganized and quick to lose their temper, which trickles down to the rest of the team. Don’t say anything about it though, that really won’t turn out well.

Pros

- If you're early in your career, you'll get a lot of hands-on experience very quickly. - Some really great people who are trying their best despite the circumstances.

Cons

- There are a couple of good people in leadership but too often it's an unfortunate combo of old school sensibilities and skyhigh egos. The latter too often seeps into client relationships, resulting in unnecessary bad blood on both sides. - Feedback is often vague and contradictory. A massive amount of work is redone at the last minute. Prepare to work nights and weekends and still receive snide comments from your boss about the quality of the work. - Sexist attitudes from a few key people make this a brutal place for women. - While the office is nice, outbursts from leadership are so regular that it feels like walking around on eggshells.
