Huge Personal and Professional Growth - Anonymous employee JOOR Employee Review

This was my first real job after graduating from college and I have grown so much by working closely with the people here. I have been given more responsibility than I could have imagined for a first year member at any job. Since it is a small company, the support given by the people here is amazing. I have weekly meetings with my team's director in order to make sure I am on the right track. My team constantly supports me and encourages me to take on new challenges that align with my professional goals. This ensures that I am constantly expanding my own skill set while helping the company grow. I also have really loved getting to work so closely with our technical teams. I have had a lot of exposure to the functionalities of every team in the company, which has helped me to expand my knowledge of the technology. I especially feel supported by the CEO. During my first week at the company I attended meetings with her, two months in I had a personal touch base with her to gage my growth and happiness level, and seven months later she took my team to an early morning work out class! Working so closely with her has helped me develop my strategic, entrepreneurial, and technical skills tremendously.
