There’s opportunity to grow if you’re willing to work, management is definitely trying to make improvements in systems to make things more efficient and overall a better work environment, I was put in positions to show what I can do besides just leasing, commissions process is also improving

Communication can definitely improve, expectations sometimes aren’t clear, meetings are a little too often, culture and work environment can improve
