Pros
Generous with a nice salary
Cons
If you're considering working here, just know it's extremely outdated and unorganized. The office is filled with piles of paper, and they’re still stuck in old-school ways with outdated software and zero effort toward going paperless. You spend the first few months trying to adjust to how they want things done—not because it's efficient, but because they refuse to adapt or consider new ideas. There are way too many pointless meetings in a stuffy boardroom, and the overall environment feels stale. The owner is arrogant and doesn’t show respect toward employees, which explains their high turnover and constant chaos. They don't do anything to boost morale—no team-building, no appreciation, just blah. You are very micromanaged. If you're looking for a workplace that values its team, encourages growth, and treats people like they matter—look elsewhere.
