This company has great co-workers and includes a flexible working environment. The company is growing at a reasonable rate and offers software engineers the ability to work with multiple technologies, including a fast pace IoT Edge infrastructure that keeps things interesting. The software development team has a wide range of skill sets and is fun to work with as everyone brings value to the table. The Data Service leadership is always forward thinking on technology and allows us the opportunity to dive into some new technology and cloud development services. The employees at this company is what makes the company great, people are easy to talk to and management from each part of the organization is easily approachable without feeling intimidated. I can just walk up to the CEO, CTO, Data Service, Sales Manager and other leaders and start talking about things freely. The HR team is always professional and has answered any questions I have had. The team often goes out to lunch together and does team building activities. I have worked on many technology projects over my career and JP3 has been a good experience.
