Terrible, RUN - Anonymous employee JPC Architects Employee Review

Too many to list. Too many cooks in the kitchen, not enough direction, people directing forget what they asked you to do so you end up doing it a different way and wasting more time and money, no appreciation, that firm is a mess and operates under the stance of "well we're just free spirits that don't work well under structure". I didn't like working there because the culture was so glued to their computer screens. No company bonding time- if you're not a typical Bellevue personality you probably wont flourish here.
