great company - Administrative JPS Equipment Rental Employee Review

Good People to work with in a small setting.

Small company, not much for benefits.

Only thing positive was the company vehicle.

Extremely under paid. Extremely poor upper management!! (Excluding the owner). If you don't fit into the "click" watch your back. Especially the COO of the company. (I was warned prior to my tenor with JPS). Management at store level was absolutely pathetic. Location I was at the branch manager had ZERO leadership skills, communication skills, or any backbone in anything he did. Stay far away from this company unless your friends with upper level management.
