Low pay Abusive environment where the senior staff yell at the Vice President and the employees. Super awkward. No ability to move up because of senior staffs' insecurities Since leaving, I learned how bad the reputation of JPDL is in the industry and it did me no favours on my resume.

people are great, work is challenging , great projects to work on.

like alot of place like it, small place means alot of micro-management. they change their mind, you redo the work sometimes not clear on what they want. Salaries are a bit cheap. No advancement.
