Pros

Company is looking to aggressively grow in the marketplace and as growth continues opportunities will be available for team members to grow within the company. Fosters an ethical approach to business that stresses providing great value to clients while protecting employees. Corners are not cut regarding safety, quality, and schedule. The people genuinely care about their team and the work that is being performed. It is not "just a job" to the people who work here.

Cons

As a growing company there can be times when processes and strategies can shift quickly leading to some confusion due to struggles with communication. This is to be somewhat expected as all business generally struggle with communication. The thing that is great is that this company understands these struggles, discusses, and confronts them with a positive attitude. There will always be difficulties at work it is how you approach them together as a team that makes the difference.

Pros

Kind, passionate people who are eager to see you grow and help you progress in your career. Working environment is positive and access to upper management is great as far ask asking for work related advice. Great career growth opportunities. Proud to work with a construction company that uses exclusively union labor.

Cons

Some aspects of the job could be Hybrid since most meetings are virtual, but isn't, and the justification seems weak. The job is salaried but in reality, it's functionally hourly in the sense that you have to apply hours to different jobs and that part is fine, But managing your hours feels weird especially when you are often working over 40 hrs a weeks and you have to divvy hours up so that your hours neatly fits a forty hour work week mold.
